| | About Bella Madre Organics/Natural Beginnings: Bella Madre Organics is a women’s cooperative comprised of wonderfully talented artists here in Montana. All our supplies are grown, milled, mined and dyed in the US. The products are then sewn and strung here in beautiful Montana. Our artists are all paid living wages and are the back bone of our company. Our product are all for new eco-minded families. We offer organic wraparound slings, nursing ponchos and diaper bags as well as beautiful nursing necklaces. Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services: Our day to day business practices are in line with our products to meet what we feel is the highest standard of sustainable business. Our products are 100% from the US, nothing is shipped overseas. -We use recycled paper in as many areas of our business as possible, including our business cards, bags, printer paper, paper towels and toilet paper, our hang tags and all promotional materials are printed by Greenerprinter. Our website is hosted by DreamHost, a carbon neutral, employee-focused work place. -We are carbon neutral through NativeEnergy. This includes my business car, shipping, receiving and the electricity for all of our artists in their home offices. Our credit card processing is done through Fees to Fund, a program that directly supports local non-profits through returning a portion of the credit card processing fee to a Montana non-profit. -We are proud members of 1% for the Planet, Co-op America as well as the Sustainable Business Council for the state of Montana.
