Clark Fork Coalition Missoula Montana

About Clark Fork Coalition: Founded in 1985, the Clark Fork Coalition is dedicated to protecting and restoring the Clark Fork River basin, a 22,000-square-mile area draining western Montana and northern Idaho. We have a 23-year-long record of substantial achievements improving the health of the watershed by working side by side with citizens, scientists, landowners, business leaders, and public officials. We believe that the health of our rivers and the health of our communities are inextricably tied.

Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services: Our mission is all about sustainability: protecting and restoring the Clark Fork watershed. We recycle, we have living wages, flex-time, etc.

As an owner of an HO Bell Residential Condo we have the following in our office:
1. Adaptive Reuse of Existing Warehouse Building (recycling existing building rather than demolishing and replacing)
2. Mixed use, high density, urban housing. (reduces vehicle miles, increases urban density, encourages dynamic
     downtown, etc.)
3. Recycling of Removed Materials
4. High Efficiency HVAC Systems
5. No VOC Paints
6. Non Toxic Glues and Adhesives
7. Recycled (reclaimed resawn) wood flooring from Montana
8. Low-flow toilets.
9. High efficiency appliances.
10. Recycling of materials during construction.
11. Sustainable cabinets (wood species and box material)
12. Zeriscape Native landscaping
