About Missoula In Motion:
Missoula In Motion is dedicated to developing and implementing transportation demand management programs that encourage the use of alternative modes of transportation to improve air quality and decrease traffic congestion in the Missoula area.

Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services:
We work with businesses to design workplace transportation programs to encourage staff to utilize sustainable transportation options.

Important Dates & Facts:
Annual Transportation Best Practices Award - January
Each year, Missoula In Motion presents Transportation Best Practices Award to businesses who have exemplary workplace transportation programs. A business selected for the Award receives $1,000 to further enhance their employee transportation programs and are featured in a series of television commercials. Applications are available in early November by contacting Missoula In Motion.

Annual Commuter Challenge - Third full week in April
Consider participating in the Annual Commuter Challenge and get involved with the fun of Bike Walk Bus Week! It’s a great way to support employee participation in Missoula’s annual celebration of healthy transportation.  By participating, you will be one of more than 350 Missoula employers encouraging employees to utilize transportation options throughout the week; and hopefully, we will build on past success, with over 2,550 single occupant vehicle trips saved by participating businesses.
