About Russell Properties: Russell properties owns and manages properties throughout the State of Montana. In the last few years, we have been renovating some of our properties with a goal to "green them up" making them healthier for both our tenants and contractors.
We do this by using: - low/no VOC paints - formeldahyde free glues and insulation - wheatboard - eco friendly flooring (i.e. bamboo, marmoleum, etc.) - replacing windows - intalling energy star appliances - purchasing items from Home Resource (i.e. tiles, sinks, etc.)
Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services: Our home office: - recycles - uses recycled office products - composts - bikes or uses alternative fuel (biodiesel and SVO) vehicles - uses energy efficient lights and appliances - supports local businesses - supports employee education
In the future we hope to add edible/functional low maintenance landscaptes to our properties.
