In the last few years, we have been renovating some of our properties with a goal to "green them up" making them healthier for both our tenants and contractors. We do this by using:
- low/no VOC paints
- formeldahyde free glues and insulation
- wheatboard
- eco friendly flooring (i.e. bamboo, marmoleum, etc.)
- replacing windows
- intalling energy star appliances
- purchasing items from Home Resource (i.e. tiles, sinks, etc.) Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services:

- bikes or uses alternative fuel (biodiesel and SVO) vehicles
