The main reason I went back to work in a field I have been familiar with since a young girl, is to support my husband (Walter Redfield/ Redfield Construction) in birthing a very green/sustainable building project. We are 4 years into this project which has been on HOMEWORD's Sustainable Homes Tour for the last 3 years and been written up in Green Business Quarterly. We envision the completed home (called the Helix House) to be an international site for those who want to learn more about green and sustainable building practices. I have lived in Missoula for 37 years, raised 2 children and
have been an organic gardener and supporter of local business my entire
adult life. I invite all my clients to our home to see the Helix House and
broaden their awareness of sustainable building. For an added treat a
swim in the glorious Bitterroot River completes the journey to our
